Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShipNudge, a daily AI accountability check-in service operated by 19 Eagle LLC. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ShipNudge sends you daily AI-generated accountability messages via SMS. You set a goal, choose a check-in time, and our AI reaches out to you each day. You can reply to continue the conversation. The service is designed to help you maintain momentum on personal projects.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a valid phone number
• You must be at least 18 years old to use ShipNudge
• One account per phone number
• You are responsible for any activity on your account

Pricing and Billing

• ShipNudge costs $19 per month, billed monthly through Stripe
• New accounts include a 7-day free trial — you will not be charged during the trial
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months, but if you're unhappy within your first 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period

Acceptable Use

ShipNudge is an accountability tool for personal and professional projects. You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages through our SMS system
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools to interact with the service (beyond normal SMS)
• Share your account access with others

AI-Generated Content

ShipNudge uses AI to generate check-in messages and responses. Important things to understand:

• AI messages are generated by language models and may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful
• ShipNudge is not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or mental health services
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the service
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional

SMS Messages

• By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ShipNudge
• Message frequency: approximately 1-2 messages per day, plus your replies
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages
• Reply HELP for support information

Intellectual Property

The ShipNudge name, branding, website design, and AI system prompts are our property. Your messages and goal descriptions remain yours. We claim no ownership over content you create or share through the service.

Limitation of Liability

ShipNudge is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed check-ins, SMS delivery failures, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
