• Phone number — used to send and receive SMS check-in messages
• Email address — if provided via our quiz or lead magnet, used for communication
• Goal description — what you're building, used to personalize AI check-ins
• Check-in preferences — your preferred check-in time
• Message history — your conversations with ShipNudge, used to provide contextual accountability
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you daily AI-powered accountability check-ins via SMS
• To personalize your check-in messages based on your goal and conversation history
• To process your subscription payments through Stripe
• To improve our service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

How We Protect Your Information

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not use your messages to train AI models
